Software Engineer - Workflow

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices for high-volume
• Build distributed data pipelines with Spark, Kafka, Flink.
• Develop reliable APIs and backend services focused on scalability and availability.
• Work with large datasets; optimize data processing, storage, retrieval.
• Contribute to system design and architecture for scalability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot production issues; root cause analysis and long-term fixes.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, backend development, or distributed systems.
• Strong programming in Java, Scala, or Python, with solid data structures and OOP.
• Hands-on experience with backend services, microservices, REST APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Good understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Experience with distributed data tech: Spark, Kafka, or Flink.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and Docker/Kubernetes; cloud-native technologies.
