- Work on experiences that cross features, products and workflows within Hudl's Core UX to ensure
- Turn complex workflows and technical constraints into clear, intuitive designs that fit Hudl's
- Collaborate with product, engineering and other designers to solve problems at scale.
- Design informed by customer feedback, product data, and iterative testing.
- Own design projects from early exploration through delivery and post-launch evaluation.
🎯 Requirements
- Strong product design craft with ability to translate complex requirements into clear experiences.
- Systems thinking; comfortable with ambiguity and understanding cross-workflow impact.
- Collaborative communication with product, engineering and design partners.
- Customer and evidence focus using research and data to inform decisions.
- AI fluency; curious about how AI can improve experiences and open to new interaction patterns.
- A strong portfolio showing reasoning, collaboration and iteration across problems.
