Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

📋 Description

• Serve as primary point of contact for billing inquiries and timely resolution.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams.
• Monitor AR aging, follow up on balances, escalate as needed.
• Review and process invoices for a portfolio of customers.
• Analyze and report on assigned accounts with status updates.
• Identify and recommend billing process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 3-5 years accounting/finance experience; tech/SaaS/marketplace preferred.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Adaptability to fast growth and change.
• Excel expert; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
