Site Contract Specialist II

📋 Description

• Coordinate contracts, budgets, amendments, documentation, and approvals while ensuring timelines
• Work with clinical operations, legal, finance, vendors, investigators, and sponsors to resolve
• Contribute to process improvements, QA, training, and development of junior members.
• Support site contract activities at the project level across multi-country studies.
• Monitor milestones and maintain real-time project tracking.
• Need strong attention to detail and understanding of clinical development and contracting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, or related
• Significant experience in contract management, ideally in a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or
• Strong knowledge of clinical development processes, contracting principles, and regulatory
• Knowledge of ICH GCP, clinical trials (Phases I–IV), and study specifications.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage multiple projects.
