Job Description
📋 Description
- Own and evolve ClickUp's brand design system, tokens, components, patterns, and guidelines
- Review and approve brand-facing work produced by AI tools and external agencies
- Create and maintain design system docs, templates, libraries, and asset packages
- Design and ship high-volume web assets for launches and key brand moments
- Audit and rebuild the design system with clear documentation and structure
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of brand/visual design with leadership of a design system
- Strong portfolio in typography, layout, color, motion, and systematic thinking
- Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Claude Design, Figma AI) and AI-assisted
- Built/adapted design systems for AI-generated outputs at scale
- Experience with templates, component libraries, and guardrails for on-brand output
- Ability to make high-quality decisions autonomously with AI/tooling
