Finance Business Partner Associate Director

📋 Description

• Provide senior level finance business partnering for WEU Nordics cluster & WEU Regional
• Lead financial performance management and reporting (forecasts, actuals, OP, 3YP)
• Develop actionable insights to drive value creation across the business
• Build financial models to analyze scenarios and inform decisions
• Drive strategy development and execution with commercial leaders
• Partner with FP&A to ensure clear, fast financial reporting and planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor/Master in Accounting or Finance; English fluency
• 8+ years of finance leadership experience
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders across functions
• Strong problem solving, structuring, and transparency capabilities
• Experience in matrixed orgs; total business perspective
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce/MS Dynamics; BI tools
