NICU Home Care Nurse (Days or Nights)

• ICU/high-tech pediatric nurse in home care setting
• Deliver skilled nursing to infants/children at home, collaborating with hospital care teams
• Hospital-at-Home Nurse role with family training and ongoing care team support

🎯 Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license
• At least 1 year verifiable work experience as LPN
• Recent NICU/PICU/ICU or home care pediatric trach/vent experience preferred
• Competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care
