Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Take ownership of complex features: from shaping them with the Product Manager to shipping them
• Help define the roadmap and break it down into real, buildable projects
• Keep Filevine at the forefront of modern web development (we’re not into stagnation)
• Design scalable systems that don’t crumble when life gets interesting
• Collaborate across teams to deliver on time without drama
• Review code with intention, mentor others, and raise the engineering bar in a constructive way

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building and shipping software products from idea → release → maintenance
• Experience leading projects or teams, designing scalable services, and making technical decisions
• Comfortable working across the stack – more focused on solving problems than guarding territory
• Thrives in a remote, collaborative environment (async communication, clear thinking, no ego)
• Able to partner with operations and customer-facing teams to turn messy realities into clean
• Familiar with or open to using: Python, React, Typescript, Kubernetes, AWS
