📋 Description

• Senior-level role to provide legal guidance for data center leasing with hyperscalers and other
• Draft and negotiate data center agreements (hyperscale and enterprise leases, MSAs, NDAs
• Structure deals, including JV and land purchase terms; manage legal operations, templates, clause
• Collaborate across functions (Commercial Management) to align legal positions with delivery and
• Manage outside counsel with scope, budgets, and deliverables; support risk management and vendor
• Travel as needed; help build a lean, high-functioning Legal Dept.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (or eligible to
• 10+ years of relevant experience (large firm + in-house); 5+ years negotiating hyperscale and
• Direct experience with data center construction and lease contracts; multi-jurisdictional matters
• Strong business judgment, clear communication, and ability to run transactions with minimal
• Preferred familiarity with data-center operational terms, commercial real estate, and financing.
