Solution Specialist, Finance Systems

📋 Description

• Lead Finance Systems change requests and project implementations from requirements gathering and
• Collaborate with Finance partners to understand needs, document all-state processes, standardise
• Translate requirements into functional solution designs, configuration recommendations, process
• Assess the impact, risks, dependencies and priorities of proposed changes across finance processes
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution
• Work with technical teams, Oracle Support, implementation partners and Finance partners to deliver

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud applications, including knowledge of
• Experience managing at least two full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud projects, including delivery of
• Knowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Tax. We prefer a
• Experience with the change lifecycle, including configuration or development, SIT, UAT, release
• Experience preparing functional design documents, process documentation, user guides and training
• Analyse impacts and identify how a system change may affect related processes, data points
