📋 Description

• Own the A2R value stream strategy and roadmap.
• Optimize end-to-end revenue flow and bottlenecks.
• Lead AI-native redesigns with automation and orchestration.
• Manage intake, backlog, and PI planning across teams.
• Establish governance, risk, and compliance controls.
• Shape first-year transformation outcomes and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in business strategy, ops, product, consulting, revenue ops with GTM focus.
• Deep understanding of demand gen, qualification, sales, pricing, packaging, revenue processes.
• Proven experience owning portfolios/backlogs and KPI ownership at scale.
• Strong SAFe and Lean Portfolio Management expertise (PI planning, value-stream governance).
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Preferred nonprofit sector / mission-driven experience.
