📋 Description

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for the SFMC squad.
• Ensure backlog health and delivery predictability.
• Collaborate with delivery manager, SFMC Lead and stakeholders.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and DevOps practices.
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies.
• Track KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Scrum Master/Agile Coach in software/marketing tech.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile tooling (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• CSM/PSM certification is a plus (or equivalent).
• Fluent English, good multi-market collaboration.
