Software Engineer II, Network Operations

📋 Description

• You’ll be part of the core operations team focused on leveraging AiOps in the incident management
• Collaborate across IT Operations, Corporate Security, Public Cloud, and Engineering to ensure high
• Lead cross-functional incident resolutions with strong technical and communication skills
• Apply solid engineering practices around design, testability, scalability and maintainability
• Build tools and processes to improve monitoring, incident response, and observability

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software development in OO or functional languages (e.g., Python, Java
• Experience with large-scale production operations or reliability engineering
• Experience with Kubernetes and Public Cloud (preferred GCP, AWS)
• Strong communication, ability to explain complex topics to broad audiences
• Calm, collected under pressure during outages; lifelong learner who seeks knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in CS or IS or equivalent
