• 5+ years of software engineering, delivering high-ambiguity projects end-to-end.
• Hands-on cloud depth with GCP, containerized services, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
• AI-native development experience; building LLM-powered apps or agentic workflows; ability to
• Product sense to scope prototypes, say no to unnecessary work, and end engagements decisively.
• Excellent communication with non-engineers; comfortable with finance, legal, or HR partners.
• Experience in highly regulated industries, especially finance/fintech, preferred.
