European Financial Controller

📋 Description

• Lead accounting and controllership for CFGI's European entities.
• Oversee monthly close for France, Switzerland, Germany; expand to Italy, Spain, Netherlands.
• Maintain US GAAP and local GAAP books; ensure reconciled, auditable records.
• Manage AP, client invoicing, and country cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee payroll with providers and local teams.
• Hands-on bookkeeping and month-end accruals as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
• 8+ years experience in accounting/controllership.
• Fluent English; strong communication skills.
• Experience with statutory reporting and multi-country processes.
• Organizational skills across multiple currencies/entities; travel occasionally.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.
