📋 Description
- Manage a pipeline of commercial real estate transactions across the United States, tracking closing
- Prepare and coordinate execution of transaction and closing packages.
- Conduct due diligence by reviewing leases, title commitments, plats, surveys, and related docs.
- Organize required documentation to advance transactions toward closing.
- Draft/review legal descriptions and support transactional docs as needed.
- Coordinate across jurisdictions and stakeholders to identify outstanding items.
🎯 Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions, due diligence, and
- Experience with solar/wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Salesforce, GIS, and deed-plotting software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities.
