Real Estate Paralegal

📋 Description

• Manage a pipeline of commercial real estate transactions across the United States, tracking closing
• Prepare and coordinate execution of transaction and closing packages.
• Conduct due diligence by reviewing leases, title commitments, plats, surveys, and related docs.
• Organize required documentation to advance transactions toward closing.
• Draft/review legal descriptions and support transactional docs as needed.
• Coordinate across jurisdictions and stakeholders to identify outstanding items.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions, due diligence, and
• Experience with solar/wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Salesforce, GIS, and deed-plotting software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities.
