📋 Description

• We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Intern to support our growing Japan Customer
• Work with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams to improve customer operations
• Collaborate on Customer Success Operations tasks and cross-functional initiatives.
• Office attendance required in Tokyo, with a 6–12 month commitment.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
• Fluent in Japanese and comfortable with English reading/writing
• Basic computer skills (Mac); familiarity with Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and quality focus
• CRM/Salesforce familiarity and ability to manage contacts and accounts
