🎯 Requirements

• Strong background as Business Systems Analyst, Technical Architect, Service Cloud SME, Field
• Salesforce Development: Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, LWC/Aura, Visualforce, APIs, custom automation.
• Service Cloud & Field Service expertise: case management, omnichannel routing, work orders
• Technical architecture: data modeling, security model design, integration patterns, governance
• Automation & configuration: Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, approvals, assignment rules.
• Industry experience: energy/utilities, manufacturing, services, sales operations, customer support
