📋 Description

• Customer Care Specialist will support customers via remote channels from Allen, TX.
• Take inbound calls to assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings
• Explain credit bureau processes and guide customers on steps to request corrections.
• Receive requests, determine needed support, and forward to appropriate teams as needed.
• Handle escalated customer issues.

🎯 Requirements

• You must be a US resident living within 45-60 minutes of 701 Experian Parkway Allen, TX.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Comfort using a computer for operations
