AI/ML Technical Architect Lead

📋 Description

• Lead AI/ML strategy, solution architecture, and modernization initiatives.
• Design, develop, integrate, and deploy scalable AI/ML models for decision-making and automation.
• Oversee data pipelines, MLOps, model lifecycle, validation, monitoring, and bias mitigation.
• Ensure AI/ML solutions comply with cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with security teams and stakeholders to deliver secure AI solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide multidisciplinary teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering/Data Science/Math; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• 10+ years in AI/ML, data science, software engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years designing and deploying AI/ML in production with MLOps.
• Strong programming in Python, R, Java, or equivalents.
• Deep knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch; experience with AWS SageMaker preferred.
• Experience in secure enterprise environments with governance/compliance needs.
