📋 Description

• Lead assigned electrical work in the field from mobilization to completion
• Deliver safe, code-compliant, high-quality work
• Lead helpers and apprentices; communicate job status clearly
• Keep jobs moving; minimize callbacks and rework
• Plan day-to-day work; identify material and labor needs
• Ensure safety standards and site compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Journeyman or Master Electrician capability preferred; strong field leadership
• Knowledge of commercial, industrial, and service electrical work
• Ability to read plans and assess field conditions
• Lead helpers and apprentices; maintain quality and safety
• Strong judgment, accountability, and communication in fast-moving field conditions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
