AI/ML Technical Architect Lead

📋 Description

• Lead AI/ML strategy, solution architecture, and modernization across programs.
• Design, develop, deploy scalable AI/ML models and systems.
• Lead predictive analytics, automation frameworks, and decision-support.
• Provide hands-on leadership through ML lifecycle from prototyping to production.
• Oversee data pipelines, MLOps, model lifecycle, monitoring, and bias mitigation.
• Integrate AI into secure enterprise environments with governance and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related; Master/PhD preferred.
• 10+ years in AI/ML, data science, analytics, or related field with hands-on AI tech.
• At least 5 years designing, deploying AI/ML in production with MLOps.
• Strong programming: Python, R, Java, or equivalent.
• Deep ML framework knowledge (TensorFlow, PyTorch); AWS SageMaker preferred.
• Experience in secure enterprise environments; governance and compliance.
