Solution Specialist, Finance Systems

📋 Description

• Lead Finance Systems change requests and project implementations from requirements gathering
• Collaborate with Finance partners to understand needs, document processes, standardise requirements
• Translate requirements into functional designs, configurations, and implementation plans.
• Assess impact, risks and priorities across finance processes, data, integrations and controls.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect resolution, test-result validation and business approvals.
• Work with technical teams, Oracle Support, partners to deliver integrations, data migrations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud applications, including module interactions
• Experience delivering at least two full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud projects, including R2R.
• Knowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Tax; familiarity
• Experience with change lifecycle: configuration/development, SIT, UAT, release packaging
• Experience with functional design docs, process docs, user guides and training materials.
• Ability to analyse impacts and communicate options to business/technical audiences.
