📋 Description

• Lead concurrent Alpha/Beta technical programmes for devices and software features with high detail.
• Manage testers, set guidelines, exit criteria, and track progress while managing risks.
• Recruit Alpha/Beta testers across demographics to match test profiles.
• Guide testers through pre-release phases, keeping them engaged.
• Use AI to build tools to organise and analyse feedback and data.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management on test workflows and triage bugs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Programme Management and 2+ years in Quality Assurance/technical specialist roles.
• Direct experience running pre-release testing with external testers; debugging skills or
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and SDLC from a programme perspective.
• Experience delivering products/features in consumer electronics or streaming media.
• Experience building AI tools/templates/workflows used by teams.
