📋 Description

• Lead the maintenance team for Villages at Raleigh Beach in Raleigh, NC
• Oversee property maintenance, vendor relations, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns
• Ensure maintenance and capital needs are addressed per AIR procedures
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
• Utilize AIR technology for efficient maintenance operations
• Balance quality, safety, and cost to maximize ROI

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of technical maintenance and facilities management experience
• 1–3 years leading a team in customer service and asset maintenance
• Reliable transportation; flexible schedule including evenings/weekends
• Ability to move heavy equipment; read/write/speak English
• Customer service oriented, highly organized, great trouble-shooter
