AI/ML Technical Architect Lead

📋 Description

• Lead AI/ML strategy, solution architecture, and modernization across complex programs.
• Design, deploy scalable AI/ML models and intelligent systems for decision-making and automation.
• Guide predictive analytics, automation frameworks, and intelligent decision-support solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through the full AI/ML lifecycle.
• Oversee data engineering, MLOps, model lifecycle, monitoring, explainability, and bias mitigation.
• Integrate AI/ML into secure enterprise environments with cybersecurity and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering/Data Science/Math or related field; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• 10+ years in AI/ML, data science, software engineering, or related fields; hands-on in modern AI
• At least 5 years developing AI/ML in production with MLOps experience.
• Proven ability to personally develop AI/ML solutions, not only architect.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch); AWS SageMaker preferred.
