📋 Description

• Provide ABA therapy for children with autism in hybrid/in-home or daycare settings
• Lead, mentor, and supervise therapists
• Implement ABA techniques and graphing procedures
• Ensure data collection and analysis to guide treatment
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support progress
• Maintain compliance with BCBA guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Active BCBA certification and licensure
• 2-4 years ABA instruction experience
• Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and data/graphing
• Ability to lead and instruct therapists
