📋 Description

• Own the bid pipeline from quantity takeoffs to bid submission.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and review quotes.
• Manage multiple bids and track deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–10+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Strong commercial estimating background.
• Experience with PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Procore, ProConnect, RevIt, AutoCAD.
• Fluent English and strong phone communication.
• Read and interpret drawings/specs; civil background preferred.
• Able to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
