📋 Description
- Lead technical vision and architecture for backend systems powering experimentation
- Architect and evolve high-throughput distributed systems and APIs that ingest, process, and serve
- Head foundational platform investments and data infrastructure to unlock new product capabilities
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product engineers to productionize statistical
- Lead complex, multi-team initiatives end-to-end from problem framing to implementation and
- Influence engineering roadmap and technical strategy across Convert and partner pillars
🎯 Requirements
- BS / BA or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years in software engineering with expertise in backend and distributed systems at scale.
- Strong foundation in Python, Java, or Go with fluency in modern frameworks and large-scale system
- Experience designing, building, and operating high-throughput, data-intensive distributed systems
- Proven technical leadership across cross-pillar initiatives and ability to influence architecture
- Ability to partner with product, design, data science, and ML stakeholders to translate needs into
