📋 Description

• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care per care plan, incl. med
• Perform client assessments, provide education to patient/family, and monitor condition
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a tablet

🎯 Requirements

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Must have 1 year nursing experience
