📋 Description

• Lead CDSO study teams; serve as operational lead for assigned studies.
• Coordinate CDSO study teams to meet objectives and timelines.
• Engage cross-functional teams; influence without direct authority.
• Utilize operational analytics and PM tools to track progress and reports.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, ICH, AbbVie SOPs, and local regulations.
• Coach/mentor Data Science Associates; may supervise contract resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in business, IS, CS, life sciences; Master’s preferred. PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• 3+ years pharma/clinical research/data management or 5+ years PM experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and managing trials from initiation to completion.
• Demonstrated leadership, influencing skills, and effective communication/analytical abilities.
