ServiceNow Architect

📋 Description

• Architect for ServiceNow across SPM, ITOM, ITSM within DoW program
• Design end-to-end SPM, ITOM, ITSM solutions and integrations (SAP, AWS)
• Lead data migration, governance, dashboards, and workflow automation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize processes and enable digital logistics
• Provide design reviews, architect patterns, and release management guidance
• Mentor ServiceNow developers and drive SAFe/agile ceremonies

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
• Active Secret clearance
• 10+ years IT experience with 7+ years hands-on ServiceNow
• 5+ years architecting enterprise ServiceNow solutions (SPM/ITOM/ITSM)
• Proven experience implementing SPM, ITOM, and ITSM in production
• Deep ITIL knowledge and strong Agile/Scrum background
