Job Description
📋 Description
- Travel to multiple school locations to support initiatives
- Work with students who exhibit challenging behaviors
- Perform functional behavior assessments (FBA) for individuals
- Develop and oversee evidence-based intervention plans
- Train staff on intervention implementation and data collection
- Collect data and prepare reports on assessment, interventions, and progress
🎯 Requirements
- Behavior Analyst licensure and BACB certification
- Experience as a behavior/autism specialist
- Ability to travel
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong consultative and data-analysis abilities
- Creative thinking and problem-solving
