📋 Description

• Lead a team of ML engineers focused on Safety ML to protect 200M+ users.
• Drive technical vision and roadmap for Safety ML with cross-functional teams.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of production safety models and enforcement decisions.
• Manage processes, raise the bar, and deliver high-impact results.
• Partner with Trust & Safety on label quality and automating investigations.
• Collaborate with other Engineering Managers to improve the organization and culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or Applied Scientist.
• 3+ years as Engineering Manager, leading 5+ engineers.
• Hands-on depth in abuse/fraud detection, content classification, behavioral modeling, graph-based
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Thrives in ambiguity and solves complex problems with first-principles thinking.
• Proven track record shipping ML systems to production at scale.
