📋 Description
- Partner with clients and internal teams to diagnose and resolve complex issues on Linux systems and
- Manage hybrid environments, containers, and Kubernetes clusters for high availability
- Design and maintain infrastructure automation with Ansible to reduce deployment risks
- Lead technical presentations and knowledge transfer with clients and stakeholders
- Gather and analyze technical requirements to inform implementation strategies
- Identify opportunities to optimize performance and mitigate risks
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Enterprise IT and/or DevOps with complex deployments
- Expertise administering Debian-based Linux systems (Ubuntu)
- Experience with Ansible, TCP/IP networking in cloud and physical env
- Experience supporting Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong communication and collaborative skills with technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive risk mitigation and customer relationship management
