Technical Program Manager II

📋 Description

• Own large cross-functional programs spanning multiple teams
• Build AI powered automation tools for program execution
• Drive high-priority, technically complex bets with cross-functional alignment
• Operate across engineering, product, and business functions to surface risks and dependencies
• Deliver SVP-level visibility via tracked KPIs on top initiatives
• Bridge gaps between functions using technical credibility and domain knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical program management at a high-growth tech company
• Proven track record delivering large, ambiguous cross-functional programs
• Engineering credibility with deep domain knowledge in observability, infrastructure, data
• Ability to architect, push back on technical decisions, and communicate with staff engineers and
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to own narrative at VP+ levels
• Experience building AI-driven risk synthesis, dependency tracking, and program templates
