Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and develop robust, scalable frontend using modern React patterns
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Backend teams on features and API contracts
• Build reusable UI components and contribute to a design system
• Ensure code quality with PRs, reviews, tests, and docs
• Optimize for speed, bundle size, and responsive behavior
• Ship accessible experiences following WCAG practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of frontend experience with React
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive design
• State management with Redux/Redux Toolkit
• REST APIs integration with backend teams
• Testing/QA: Jest/Vitest, RTL, Playwright or Cypress
