Senior Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Role in Solutions Engineering delivering scoped commitments for large accounts
• Turn customer/deal context into product capabilities
• Work with Sales and Customer Success to enable strategic deals
• Own outcomes from start to finish in a high-trust environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years with Ruby on Rails
• 2+ years with React
• Experience shipping production web apps with focus on quality
• Experience translating needs for non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to decompose complex requests into milestones
• Strong written communication in a remote async setup
