Construction Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee on-site construction and ensure codes, safety, and quality compliance
• Manage multiple projects and field staff; monitor budget and costs
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies (e.g., FERC) and project stakeholders
• Implement quality control procedures
• Act as Owner’s Representative; meet deadlines and manage docs (change orders, RFIs, submittals)
• Communicate project status clearly to owner, contractors, and design teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Civil Eng, Construction Mgmt, or related field
• 5+ years in construction management
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Safety oriented; knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
• Read/verify construction drawings and specs; proficient in MS Word/Excel/Google Suite/Adobe
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills; able to work outdoors on uneven surfaces
