📋 Description

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues (API failures, integrations, auth errors
• Establish as a trusted expert on OpenAI products and platform for complex issues.
• Escalation point, partner with customers and Engineering to prevent recurring problems and automate
• Scale solutions with Product and Go-To-Market, driving automation and AI-powered workflows.
• Occasional holiday/weekend on-call support as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in User Operations, Engineering, or similar technical roles in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with emerging tech (Codex, ChatGPT, OpenAI API) and scripting (Python) for
• Expert SaaS troubleshooting; strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Calm, effective communication with high-stakes customers; ability to explain complex tech clearly.
• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid learning, and ongoing growth mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent.
