• Provide maintenance service to residents
• Turn apartments for new move-ins

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years maintenance experience
• Proficient in two technical trades
• Flexible schedule incl evenings/weekends
• Reliable transportation for after-hours
• Ability to lift heavy equipment
• English reading/writing/speaking
