Sr. Engineering Manager - Full Stack

📋 Description

• Manage high-performing teams of 9+ engineers and own end-to-end delivery.
• Manage managers as well and drive design, development, implementation and documentation of
• Engage with Product Management and Business to drive the agenda and deliver products.
• Lead with Architects and cross-functional teams within established architectural guidelines.
• Chart future roadmap with senior leadership and participate in hiring to build high-performing
• Collaborate across global teams and mentor engineers to grow their skills.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building cloud-based, high-performance systems.
• 7+ years in leading and managing high-performance teams.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud services (Java, Spring Boot, Golang, Python).
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP; data platforms and warehouses (BigQuery, RedShift).
• REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, CI/CD (Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, GCP DevOps).
• Strong communication, Agile (Scrum) proficiency, and stakeholder management.
