Equity Administration Assistant Manager

📋 Description

• Own complex, high‑risk equity workstreams on a global basis
• Process equity transactions (RSU releases, ESPP, option exercises, etc.) in E*TRADE Equity Edge
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, People Ops, Payroll, and Legal to ensure compliance
• Develop process documentation, narratives, and flow charts for audit readiness
• Drive initiatives on automation tools and AI-assisted solutions
• Support global equity reporting and regulatory requirements across countries

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in equity or stock plan administration, ideally at a U.S. public company
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field
• CEP designation preferred or in progress
• Deep expertise in stock plan mechanics and tax withholding/reporting
• Strong Excel skills; automation experience (Python, Google Apps Script, SQL) a plus
• Excellent written/verbal communication; ability to translate concepts for employees/executives
