📋 Description

• Role embedded in Marketing to identify slow, manual, or broken AI-related processes and rebuild
• Lead the end-to-end AI-enabled transformation of marketing workflows, from discovery to shipping
• Collaborate with AI goal owners to unblock bottlenecks and accelerate adoption across Marketing.
• Own the change management and evangelize AI within the org to generate demand and momentum.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in marketing operations/strategy or related field with proven impact.
• Track record of shipping AI-powered workflows that changed how teams work.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI tools (Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini) and writing prompts for
• Experience building agentic systems and orchestration between AI components.
• Adoption-minded approach; strong communication from ICs to CMO leadership.
• Strong prioritization to avoid low-value AI projects and focus on impact.
