📋 Description

• Design, test, and align AI/ML models for real operational use.
• Collaborate with program leadership, engineering teams, and security staff to sign off on models.
• Ensure models are accurate, explainable, and safe under federal accreditation.
• Balance rigor with practical deployment in CBP environments.
• Translate requirements into production-ready AI capability with lifecycle awareness.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience taking ML models from prototype to production in regulated or federal settings.
• Ability to communicate model limits and capabilities clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with model lifecycle: data, training, validation, deployment, monitoring.
• Active CBP BI, DHS clearance, or equivalent accelerates start; otherwise, eligibility for
• Strong grounding in accuracy, safety, and regulatory considerations for government use cases.
