IT Manager

📋 Description

• Oversight and management of IT service and infrastructure value chains
• Directly supervise 1-4 direct reports
• Point of contact for ITSM planning, projects, budgets, incidents, and system issues
• Administer systems and deploy/implement IT solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Three to five+ years in IT as a Systems Administrator or equivalent
• ITIL Foundations v4
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, AD, SharePoint, Dropbox, Windows/macOS
• Experience with VMWare, Cisco Meraki, SmartDeploy, Dell, Apple hardware
• Strong knowledge of IT trends, policies, and ability to write company policies
