📋 Description
- Assess student development and contribute to student IEPs for behavioral growth
- Travel to multiple Menta school locations within Chicago area
- Perform functional behavior assessments (FBA) for individual students
- Collaborate with school team to implement evidence-based intervention plans
- Develop data collection strategies and monitor student response
- Train staff in interventions and programming
🎯 Requirements
- Behavior Analyst licensure and BACB certification
- Experience as a behavior/autism specialist
- Ability to travel locally/regional
- Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis abilities
- Creative thinking and interpersonal skills
