🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product or UX design with leadership experience.
• Portfolio showing shippable, customer-facing products and complex UX work.
• Strong knowledge of Figma, design systems, and agile workflows.
• Experience defining enterprise patterns and multi-brand architectures.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to convey design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic/UX Design, or equivalent.
