📋 Description

• Lead a team of backend engineers building scalable, reliable systems powering the Attentive
• Balance people leadership, technical direction, and execution with Product and other engineering
• Grow a high-performing team, guide architectural decisions, and drive complex initiatives from
• Ensure systems and engineering practices scale as Attentive grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years managing software engineers and 7+ years software engineering experience.
• Strong backend, distributed systems, APIs, data modeling, and scalable architecture.
• Experience building/operating high-volume production systems with reliability and performance focus.
• Ability to guide technical decisions, evaluate tradeoffs, and lead complex initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience hiring, coaching, feedback, performance management, and developing engineers.
• Strong cross-functional communication with Engineering, Product, and stakeholders.
