Group Leader

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of scientists, fostering technical excellence and high performance.
• Oversee daily lab operations and resource scheduling to meet milestones and client requirements.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new employees in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality scientific results.
• Provide technical leadership for method establishment and routine testing across multiple platforms
• Communicate risks and project impacts to management and support cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in chemistry/biochemistry/biology or related field; 2+ years experience.
• Master’s degree may substitute for degree+experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Analytical skills in HPLC/UPLC, HRMS, CE and RNA therapeutics in GMP environments.
• Experience leading daily lab operations and resource planning.
• Strong client relationship and technical documentation skills; LIMS experience desirable.
